Gemstone Jewelry & Gemstone Sourcing
As a professional Gemologist, trained at the Gemological Institute of America, Emma is passionate about gems. Whether you need a trusted source for a gemstone or diamond, she can help. Emma works closely with her network of gemstone cutters to source and supply fine gemstones & accompanying certificates of authenticity. She’ll also explain our commitment to the Kimberly Process and the ethical sourcing of gems and diamonds. If you have a gemstone in your collection that needs to be set into a piece of bespoke jewelry, we can help. We use our expertise to collaborate on designs and ensure that the finished gold jewelry showcases the stone to best effect.
Jewelry Repair and Jewelry Remake
As part of our Jewelry Clinic, Spokes Jewelry offers a repair service. If you’ve had a beloved piece of jewelry sitting in a box that can’t be worn we’re happy to take a look at it and will fix it for you. Read on for a few examples of what our repair service can do for you;
- Jewelry Repair – fix broken chains, replace worn-out clasps, tighten loose gemstones
- Ring Sizing – we can resize most rings and bracelets in gold, platinum and silver.
- Replace lost diamonds – If a diamond or gemstone has fallen out, we can find a replacement
- Rhodium Plating – If your white gold engagement ring or wedding set have turned a little yellow we can re-plate this in white rhodium and make it look like new
- “Jewelry Spa Treatment” – We take your piece and professionally ultrasonic and steam clean it, polish and buff out any scratches, tighten any loose settings and plate as needed. Your jewelry like new!
- Remakes – If you’ve inherited a piece of jewelry from a family member but its not quite your style, we can collaborate to create a new design using the old gemstones and diamonds
